PHENOMENAL WOMEN SERVANTS LEADERS

MEET OUR EXECUTIVE Legacy Builders LEADERS
TOLESG / CMP is a diverse group of individuals that define themselves as our Tribe Members and part of various tribes working as our Servant Leaders. Our group of Seed Planters has come together in several capacities to oversee our plans as we began to move them into the harvesting stages. Even though we consist of a strong group of phenomenal women that are the backbone of this company, we also have some incredible men that work along beside us, helping us bring the missing pieces to the table. This Visionaries group has laid the groundwork for other Dreamers to join us, allowing us to expand our creativity and imagination of possibilities.

OUR STORIES

Gondolyn "Gwen"
GONDOLYN "GWEN" HARDIMON-KEETON, FOUNDER/CEO: Gwen has worked in the performing arts and modeling industry for nearly 40 years. Since this industry has powerful, enticing opportunities for scam artists, she committed at age 20 to dedicate her life to showing the positive sides of connecting others with the honest and best people in these industries. Majoring in Fashion Merchandise and minoring in Marketing at the University of Oklahoma (OU) fueled her burning passion for these industries. In the 70s, she began her work producing statewide fashion shows & talent productions that were unique and well-attended. Her community work began with sharing her passion with underprivileged children through the NE Optimist Club and volunteering at local public schools teaching etiquette/ manners, morals, and modeling (old fashion Charm Schools techniques). She started H-K Enterprises Modeling Troupe, then co-founded Tuxedo Productions Talent & Modeling School, followed by Oklahoma Talent & Models Association(OTMA) in 1984. In 1989 was invited to become the sole Oklahoma Representative in the prestige International Modeling & Talent Association (IMTA) competitions and conventions held bi-annually in Los Angeles and New York. She was the first African-American-owned agency to bring a large, diverse group of competitors. In the 90s, she added Future Stars Productions (FSP), a sister entity to OTMA. Future Stars Productions (FSP) is a sister entity to OTMA. Gwen created FSP to focus on events and projects and to produce other networking and exposure opportunities for all aspects of the industry. She has worked with nearly 1000 children, teens, and young adults under the FSP/OTMA umbrella.

Another passion of hers is community outreach and helping others in need. She was Program Director for a non-profit organization and an Americorps Member in 2008-10. For years she was very active in her church, mainly producing events that involved the community. Gwen has been a partner in a family own tax business since 2004.
In 2013 she started writing and creating concepts and full treatments for potential television projects that she hopes will someday go into development. She has over 48 shows registered and copyrighted with WGA and another 50+ concept treatments she is still working on. In 2015 after developing a website with her concepts available to solicit within password-protected access, she started trying to submit her work that was rejected because of the no soliciting rule. Once again, she found her back in the same place she was at the beginning of her career so her spirit once again spoke to her heart, do it yourself and open doors for others, not close them. Gwen received a God-given vision that was unimaginable and seemed impossible. However, she has not let anything stop her when she put her mind to it all her life. So she followed the Hebrews Write your vision and make it plain. So she spent months doing precisely that. In Aug. 2019, she presented her plan to a small group of nine like-minded Visionary who immediately said, " Let's make this happen, " and that was the beginning of God leading us on this extraordinary journey. Flash forward nearly three years later; our original small group has developed into a tribe of almost 200 Servant Leaders and Members interested and dedicated to bringing this project to fruition. We are a very diverse group of BIPOC+ who has developed an unbelievable Social Innovation project that will change the lives of thousands and allow us to leave a legacy for generations to follow. Gwen, who is the founder and willing to give up 49% of the company to split the profits with all who become involved, is a group of 300 profit-sharing tribe members. This is truly a dream come true for Gwen.

Kat Cole
KAT COLE, TOLESG-P2 EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR of DEVELOPMENT: From Coalgate, OK, Kat’s love for acting grew into a deep passion for teaching, directing, & scene design. She earned an Associates Degree in Arts at Murray State College and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education in Speech, Drama & Debate with an emphasis in Theatre at East Central University. Kat has directed dozens of stage plays from college level to children's theatre & musicals. She was the drama coordinator for her church for 8 years. Kat has also coached & developed adult and child actors that have gone on to be marketed in the entertainment industry. She has worked with Oklahoma Talent and Models (OTMA) for over 20 years and as the acting coach for Texas Talent and Models (TTMA). Kat is also the OTMA/TTMA’s IMTA Regional Coordinator (www.imta.com). She was also the Creative Coordinator, coordinating the photoshoots by working closely with both the models/actors and the photographers to develop an industry-worthy portfolio that opened the doors on a national/international level. She enjoys working and developing actors and models on all levels & watching them prosper and grows. Kat believes that if a student has talent, she can help them develop or enhance a great imagination (a must for an actor), adapt well, and teach them many other skills required to be a professional actor or model. With a robust support system (must be Parents for children!), there is an excellent chance for success. She loves helping actors and models reach their dreams!

Kat and her daughter, Lilyan were part of the cast of Yolande Hadid's "Making A Model" reality television show. She is currently overseeing TOLESG Production Company and Film & Television Studio. Even though she wears many hats, her goal is to connect the Indigenous people to our project so they can tell their stories. Kat will also spend time recruiting and developing the best film crew (above-the-line and below-the-line workers).
